A girl in Spain found “Jesus'” phone number on her mom’s cell phone and sent him an audio message: the story went viral

According to the program "Espejo Público" on the Spanish channel Antena 3, a 7-year-old girl found the phone number of a person named 'Jesus' and started writing to him.

On the internet, curious and funny stories often go viral, but those that reflect the innocence of the little ones at home also tend to have a massive reach, as we are all moved by children and their tenderness. This was the case with a little girl in Spain who believed she was talking to Jesus Christ.

According to the program “Espejo Público” on the Spanish channel Antena 3, a 7-year-old girl found the number of a person named ‘Jesús’ and started writing to him as if he were Jesus Christ.

What did the girl from Spain do who thought she was talking on the phone with Jesus?

According to the presenter Lorena García, it was the daughter of a collaborator of the show who found a contact saved on her mother’s phone as "Jesus (Dad)“, and believing it was Jesus Christ, she decided to send him a voice note.

“Hello Jesus, I can’t believe my mother has your number even though you have died. Well, thank you for creating the world. I know everything about you, everything, and I love the religion,” is heard in the audio sent by the girl, as exposed in the program.

She didn’t just stop there, as the little girl also won everyone’s hearts by adding: "I want to be your friend, I also go to catechesis, I am going to receive communion. Lots of kisses."

In the program, after sharing the cute and funny anecdote, Miriam, the little girl’s mom, explained how the event happened and who the contact saved as ‘Jesus (Dad)’ really is: “I was making a snack. She asked me if she could take the phone because she wanted to send a message to a friend’s mom to come play at our house,” she said.

After that, he recounted that the girl “comes with a smile on her face and immediately after that my WhatsApp starts ringing and I see ‘Jesus (Dad)’, which is how I had saved this journalist” (an expert on the health issues of Pope Francis). And when I open WhatsApp, I see that there are two voice messages from me."

“Then I said to her, ‘But who did you send the message to?’ She said, ‘Mom, you have Jesus’ contact.' And I said, ‘But who do you think Jesus is?’ And she said, ‘Jesus, God!’” the mom concluded, revealing that her daughter even sent a second voice message where she told the supposed Jesus that she was very nervous and hoped the message would arrive safely.
