VIDEO: Marc Anthony enraged when a bottle was thrown at him during a concert in Colombia

The artist was enraged by the aggression and challenged the responsible party to face them.

The singer Marc Anthony was at a concert this weekend for the Carnavales in Barranquilla, Colombia, but did not have a very good time, as he suffered an assault by someone in the audience.

The Puerto Rican artist was singing on stage when suddenly, someone threw a bottle at him. Fortunately, the object did not hit him; if it had, it would have been a tragedy. However, despite being lucky enough not to be struck, the incident remains an act of aggression.

The moment went viral through social media, where the performer of ‘Ahora quién’ can be seen responding to the attack.

Marc Anthony: “If they throw something at me, to hell with it”

Upon the bottle being thrown, Marc Anthony stopped singing and visibly upset, challenged the person who threw it to have “the balls” to show themselves publicly.

"Listen, no, no, no, not here. They have always respected me, I love Colombia because... If they throw something at me, to hell with it, have the balls“, he said with great annoyance.

The responsible party did not come forward, so they were not publicly identified. After what happened, the artist continued singing, while the rest of the audience showed their support with applause. As the show progressed, he regained energy and treated attendees to a great repertoire, as he usually does.

The moment brought back memories of when the Puerto Rican was the victim of another bottle-throwing incident in 2022, which also took place in Colombia. On that occasion, he wasn’t very lucky and was hit, making the footage go viral.
