Something seems to be not quite right within the Kennedy family. Caroline Kennedy is trending due to the harsh letter she wrote to senators, warning about the danger that, according to her, her cousin Robert F Kennedy Jr., appointed to the Secretary of Health in the government of President Donald Trump in the United States, represents.
The Senate is expected to discuss this Wednesday the confirmation of Robert F Kennedy Jr. for the position of Trump's Secretary of Health, so Caroline wanted to warn you.
In the letter, the former United States ambassador to Australia and Japan referred to her cousin as a "predator" and stated that her deceased father John F. Kennedy, and her uncle, former US Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, would be disgusted by his behavior.
“I have known Bobby all my life; we grew up together. It's no wonder he keeps birds of prey as pets because he is a predator himself,” Caroline said in the letter about her relative, which was read in a video posted by her son Jack Schlossberg on Instagram.
The Guardian reported that in her letter sent to lawmakers, she stated that among "the victims" of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have been members of her family and parents of sick children.
He warned that the vaccinations promoted by his cousin have been for financial gain and that he is a "hypocrite" when publicly speaking about health issues, as he would advise parents not to vaccinate their children while vaccinating his own.
Caroline Kennedy also accused Trump's nominee of influencing several of her relatives to be "on the path of drug addiction."
Caroline Kennedy felt "obligated" to speak.
Caroline Kennedy said that although she initially avoided speaking publicly about her cousin Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the opinion regarding his nomination by Trump, lately she felt "obligated" to do so for her country.
The Guardian highlighted that the former ambassador had already spoken to journalists about Bobby Kennedy, warning that his stance on vaccines is dangerous.
Meanwhile, the expectation remains regarding the confirmation of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for the position of Secretary of Health. If he loses more than three Republican votes, he will be out of the cabinet.
