Although it is still unknown which documents will be specifically revealed, American media outlets claim they could disclose whether the Duke of Sussex lied about his drug consumption when entering the country, which could lead to authorities taking action against him.

Prince Harry’s visa application has come under scrutiny after the publication of his memoir, “Spare,” in which the youngest son of King Charles III confessed to having consumed cocaine and hallucinogenic mushrooms in his youth. Following this anecdote from the book, the Heritage Foundation, a conservative American organization, requested that details of Harry’s visa application be made public, arguing that the prince may have concealed this crucial information in his request.
By omitting this information, it could have violated the legal requirements necessary to obtain your visa and, consequently, invalidate your stay in the country.
Amidst this scenario, President Donald Trump, who has had a tense relationship with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, especially with Markle, referred in the past to the possibility of deporting Prince Harry if it was proven that he had lied in his application. In an interview with The New York Post, Trump dismissed that option, stating: "I will leave him alone. He already has enough with his wife, who is terrible.
