The controversy continues following the arrest of the model Aleska Génesis, who was arrested last Monday, March 10, after being eliminated from the Telemundo show “La Casa de los Famosos, All Stars”.

After the program, Aleska was transferred to the Santa Martha Acatitla Women’s Reintegration Center in Mexico City, but the next day she was released under precautionary measures. The legal process against her is due to being accused of allegedly stealing luxury watches that belonged to businessman Francisco Javier Rodríguez Borgio, the ex-partner of her sister Michell Roxana.
On their part, Aleska and her sister claim that it is all about revenge carried out by Rodríguez Borgio.
In this way, a series of statements began about the accusation for the alleged crime of high-end watch theft that weighs on Aleska Génsis. In fact, the lawyer for the accusing party mentioned that she had to pay approximately 496,000 dollars in order to be released.
Mario Enrique Selvas, Aleska’s lawyer, held a press conference to ensure that the accusations against his client are false. He even stated that he has evidence to prove it, including immigration documents that demonstrate her innocence. He also mentioned that there are “irregularities” in the process.
For this reason, the case of Nicky Jam’s ex takes a new turn after Selvas reported that she initiated legal action to prove the falsity of the plaintiff’s statements, as with the immigration documents she has in her possession, it can be proven that Aleska was not in Mexico on the date of the alleged robbery.
Aleska Génesis: “Rest and heal”
After her arrest, Aleska Génesis posted a second statement on her Instagram stories after her release. The written message includes third parties (apparently relatives) thanking the messages of support for her and expressing that at this moment, she is taking time to “rest, heal, and attend to what is necessary for her legal process.”

They indicated that their team will continue to make updates on their social media.
Before this statement, the Venezuelan model and former participant of ‘La Casa de los Famosos’ denounced that her rights were violated during her detention. She emphasized that in due time, the truth “will come to light”.
“At this moment, I am not in physical or emotional condition to give statements. I need to take some time to heal, to rediscover myself, and process everything that has happened,” she stated.
