“Wicked” became one of the most successful movies of 2024, grossing over 700 million dollars worldwide. By the end of the year, it was available for rent on some streaming platforms or VOD services.

Which streaming platform will ‘Wicked’ premiere on?
Starting this March 21st, subscribers of the Peacock streaming platform will be able to enjoy “Wicked”, and they will even have the option to download it and watch it whenever they want.
If you do not have a subscription, you will need to pay $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year for the option with ads. If you choose the ad-free subscription, you will have to pay $13.99 per month or $139.99 per year. Unfortunately, Peacock does not offer free trials for the first month.
In addition to being able to enjoy the commercial cut of “Wicked”, Peacock subscribers will also have access to the sing-along version, which includes the song lyrics, as well as a collection of deleted scenes and specials, including “Making Wicked” and “Defying Gravity: The Curtain Rises on Wicked”.
If you are interested in acquiring a physical version of “Wicked,” you can purchase the 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD versions since February. The second installment, titled “Wicked: For Good,” will premiere in theaters on November 21, 2025.
