Lawyer revealed how many thousands of dollars Aleska Génesis must pay for her legal case

The model is free on bail conditions that prevent her from leaving Mexico.

The controversy continues following the arrest of the model Aleska Génesis, who was arrested last Monday, March 10, after being eliminated from the Telemundo show ‘La Casa de los Famosos’.

She was transferred to the Women’s Reintegration Center Santa Martha Acatitla in Mexico City, but the next day she was released under precautionary measures. The legal process against her is due to accusations of stealing luxury watches, made by the businessman Francisco Javier Rodríguez Borgio, former partner of her sister Michell Roxana.

The digital magazine Ronda reported that lawyer Ramsés Marcor, defender of the Mexican businessman, stated that Aleska Génesis and her sister must pay thousands of dollars to “compensate for the damage.”

The judge indicated that the sisters must pay ten million pesos, equivalent to an average of 496,000.00 dollars. “The judge considered that there were enough elements to subject her to proceedings for the crime of theft,” the lawyer stated.

He explained that Aleska cannot leave Mexico and must appear in court to sign every 15 days.

“We want the damage to be repaired and for you to stop publishing things that are not true. She was detained as a probable suspect, now she claims to be a victim. No, she is not a victim; she is a probable suspect along with her sisters (Michell Roxana and Bárbara Castellanos),” said the lawyer.

Aleska Génesis: “Rest and heal”

This Thursday, Aleska Génesis posted a second statement on her Instagram stories after her release. The message, apparently from third parties (possibly family members), thanked everyone for their messages of support for her and expressed that at this moment, she is taking time to “rest, heal, and attend to what is necessary for her legal process.”

They indicated that their team will continue to make updates on their social media.

Before this statement, the Venezuelan model and former contestant of ‘La Casa de los Famosos’ denounced that her rights were violated during her detention. She emphasized that in due time, the truth “will come to light.”

“At this moment, I am not in physical or emotional condition to give statements. I need to take some time to heal, to reconnect with myself, and process everything that has happened,” she stated.
