Harry Potter actress opens OnlyFans account to pay off debts

Celebrities such as Iggy Azalea, Tana Mongeau, and Tyga also publish content on the site for their paid subscribers.

Although several of the cast members of Harry Potter have grown to have successful careers, there are other cases of actors who worked on the beloved saga and have had to find other ways to increase their income. This was the case with Jessie Cave, who announced that she has opened an account on OnlyFans where she will share “sensual” videos of her hair.

The 37-year-old actress is remembered for playing Lavender Brown, a Hogwarts student and brief girlfriend of Ron Weasley, in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and in the two Deathly Hallows movies.

What did Jessie Cave, the Harry Potter actress who opened an OnlyFans account, say?

In a conversation on the podcast Before We Break Up Again, Cave made the announcement and clarified that his OnlyFans “is not sexual” and explained that he plans to stay on the platform for a year to pay off his debts and remodel his house: "I’m going to open an OnlyFans, it’s not sexual. It’s a fetish. Fetish doesn’t necessarily mean sexual“.

The actress explained in an Instagram video that she will offer her subscribers “the best quality of hair sounds” and will share “very sensual things” on her account.

In his Substack, Brown explained his need to open an account on OnlyFans: “One year. I will try it for a year. My goal? Protect the house, cover the wallpaper painted with arsenic/lead, build a new roof, etc.”

“My goal? To pay off my debts. My goal? To empower myself? To prove to those who judged me wrongly in the past, thinking I was too sweet? To dedicate time to something I had never invested in before: self-love."

“Were my years of Harry Potter conventions actually research?” Cave added. "I feel like I’m doing something wrong, something a bit twisted. I like that. Breaking the good actress’s rulebook."

This is not the first entertainment figure to venture into OnlyFans in search of increasing their income. Last year, Lily Allen revealed that she earns more money sharing photos of her feet on the site than from music streams on Spotify.

“Imagine being an artist and having almost 8 million monthly listeners on Spotify, but earning more money from having 1,000 people subscribed to photos of your feet‚" Allen shared on the internet. “Don’t hate the player, hate the game.”

Celebrities like Iggy Azalea, Tana Mongeau, and Tyga also publish content on the site for their paying subscribers.
