It is known that this second arrest was for theft, and although details are unknown, it is presumed to be related to the accusation made against her in 2024 for stealing some watches. Her family pointed out businessman Francisco Javier Rodríguez Borgio (former partner of Aleska’s sister, Michell Roxana), for spinning a web of lies to get her imprisoned.

The first time she was detained was in January of last year at the Mexico City International Airport. At that time, she was arriving in country to participate in Telemundo’s program ‘La Casa de los Famosos’.

This second apprehension of Aleska Génesis, 33 years old, took place at Endemol Shine, located on the Mexico-Huixquilucan highway, where the mentioned program is filmed. After being eliminated from the show, she was surprised by the authorities, who took her to the Prosecutor’s Office in Atizapán de Zaragoza for a medical evaluation, and then handed her over to the Investigation Police of the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJ-CDMX), who finally took her to the Santa Martha Acatitla Women’s Reintegration Center.

The images of the former participant of ‘La Casa de los Famosos’ entering the aforementioned prison went viral.

Aleska Genesis and precautionary measures

The digital magazine Ronda published that showbiz journalist Osman Aray interviewed lawyer Marce Torres, who detailed the conditions under which Aleska Génesis was released.

The legal specialist indicated that the model will not be able to leave Mexico and must be under a presentation regime. Additionally, she emphasized that it is very likely that she will come out unscathed.

However, the model’s lawyer, Francisco Javier Rodríguez Borgio, clarified that she could leave the country during the investigation. “With permission, yes (she can leave), she will continue the investigation while at liberty, yes, of course,” he explained, emphasizing that the accusations against the Venezuelan model are false. He also mentioned that she will have to sign in front of judicial authorities every 15 days.
