Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were seen sharing a sweet moment during a paintball outing with their youngest son, 13-year-old Samuel.
Last Sunday, the actors, both 52 years old, visited the Combat Paintball Park in Castaic, California, where Affleck affectionately embraced his ex-wife around the waist while she aimed her paintball gun at a target.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have an excellent friendly relationship after their divorce
The former spouses remained together on the playing field, while Samuel joined his group of friends. It is not clear if their other children, Violet, 19, and Seraphina, 16, also attended the activity.
In addition to their complicity on the playing field, Affleck and Garner were photographed laughing and chatting animatedly, once again demonstrating the good relationship they maintain.
Affleck and Garner were married for 13 years before announcing their separation in 2015 and finalizing their divorce in 2018. Despite their breakup, they have prioritized co-parenting their three children and have shown to be a great mutual support.
Garner has been a fundamental pillar in Affleck’s life, especially during his most difficult moments with sobriety, and the actor has praised his ex-wife’s great role as a mother on several occasions.
This emotional reunion comes shortly after Affleck ended his marriage to Jennifer Lopez. The couple, who got married in 2022 after rekindling their romance two decades after their first engagement, reportedly decided to separate amid rumors of tension in their relationship.
On the other hand, Jennifer Garner continues her intermittent romance with businessman John Miller, with whom she has been dating for almost seven years. However, recent reports suggest that Miller may not be entirely comfortable with the close relationship between Garner and Affleck.
Despite their respective love lives, the actors continue to show that their bond as a family remains strong and that their priority is the well-being of their children.
