How is Saquon Barkley’s new house, the star of the Philadelphia Eagles?
Built in 2017, Barkley’s new home sits on over 5 acres of land. In comparison, his old property barely occupied more than 2 acres of land. Barkley’s new residence, with his fiancée Anna Congdon and their two daughters, features three fireplaces and moldings throughout the place.
The property also features its own guest suite on the first floor and two laundry rooms, while the master suite has automatic Kohler bidet toilets, custom closets, and a luxurious master bathroom adorned with marble tiles.
According to the NY Post, considered “the heart of the home,” the kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and an extra-large pantry. Meanwhile, the basement is a full entertainment center and includes a custom home theater, a fully equipped gym, and direct access to the saltwater pool.
Outdoor amenities have been described as an “oasis similar to a resort” with an expansive pool, a hot tub, outdoor kitchens, and well-maintained gardens and lawns.
