Every year, the most important sports event in the United States captures the attention of people around the world just for its halftime show.

On February 9th, this year’s Super Bowl will take place, with Kendrick Lamar in charge of the halftime show. It is therefore timely to review the top 10 performances that have been done so far.

10. U2 (2002)

U2 took the risk of performing at the halftime show at a delicate moment in U.S. history, following the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. Fortunately, the rock band came out unscathed and offered the American people a glimmer of hope.
