The Mexican actress and singer Laura Flores is receiving a lot of negative criticism for a comment she made about deportees from the United States. Deportations began in earnest in this country under the administration of President Donald Trump, and while there is a sector that is happy with the measure, others are upset and saddened, asserting that the rights of immigrants are being violated.

The artist posted a video on her TikTok account, where she is seen driving her car through the streets of Florida. While in her car, she commented on the shortage of eggs in this area, and related it to deportations.

"Hey, guess what? It's been several days here in the city of Weston, Florida, and there are no eggs in the supermarket, no eggs. Could it be that they have also deported the chickens?" said Laura Flores.
Many criticized the actress's words as a bad joke and as a mockery of immigrants.
"It's not a joke actress, there are many people who suffer from being deported. God bless you", "no way, you don't play with that", "and she's announcing her 2025 tour. If she performs in Florida, will the Americans go? I doubt they even know who she is", "Is this mockery or humor?", "they complain about Trump and we Mexicans tear each other down", are some comments on the TikTok account @hernandezchelo8, which shared Flores' video.
Laura Flores couldn't handle it and apologized.
The artist couldn't handle the pressure and hours after her post, on Tuesday, she published a post on Instagram, as a way of apologizing, highlighting that she is proud to be Mexican and supports her people.
"Without Mexico, the United States cannot exist! The hands that bring us these delights are Mexican, and the hands of construction and field workers in the USA are Mexican. You cannot live without our Mexican workers! I am a proud Mexican and I support my people," wrote Laura Flores with a photo showing Mexican products in the supermarket.
In this post, he disabled the comments, but that hasn't stopped the messages against him through other accounts that have shared his video comparing egg scarcity with deportations.
