But this day, amidst tears, she confessed that the CTI (Criminal and Judicial Investigation Technical Body) arrived at her hair salon with an arrest warrant.

Why is there an arrest warrant against "Epa Colombia"?

During the past few weeks, Daneidy has shown how well her hair salons are performing and, consequently, the new modifications she plans to implement in one of her branches, as the success has been evident not only with the keratin product but also with the marketing of other hair care products. N

However, in one of her most recent appearances, 'Epa Colombia' was seen crying, revealing the difficult situation she is facing due to the arrest warrant issued by the CTI, where she was detained, according to her, in an unfriendly manner and in front of several of her employees.

"Today I was working all day at the hair salon and when I was leaving for home, friend, I was stopped by the CTI. They informed me that there was a warrant for my arrest and they planned to take me into custody. I asked them to wait for my lawyer to arrive and, when he did, I pushed them. Now the police, the CTI, are outside my hair salon due to the ruling on the TransMilenio. It has been very difficult to deal with this, so, friend, that's why no one is giving me a job, I am going through a rough time, friend. It is very sad to leave my hair salon and have all my staff see me being taken to the prosecutor's office bunker in an inappropriate manner," she said.

Then he added that "I have always wanted to fix the TransMilenio, pay for it, my friend, I have always wanted to improve. During these five years, I have strived to create a company, all I have done is move forward and generate employment."

The influencer was convicted for her involvement in acts of vandalism that took place in November 2019, during a demonstration in the city of Bogotá. According to authorities, the incidents included serious damage to a TransMilenio station, one of the most important transportation systems in the capital.

The charges for which she was sentenced include disturbance of public transportation services, incitement to commit terrorist acts, and damage to someone else's property. As part of the sentence, in addition to the prison term, she was also temporarily banned from working as an influencer, a measure that restricts her activity on social media and limits her ability to generate income.
