Macaulay Culkin, known worldwide for his role as Kevin McCallister in Home Alone (1990), has decided to end his relationship with his property in Manhattan, which he has owned since he was 19 years old.

The transaction has left Culkin with a significant profit, as he paid $1.75 million dollars for the place in 1995. The actor, who rose to fame as a child, is now parting ways with this property that was a part of his life for over two decades.

The loft has an area of 4,800 square feet and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a foyer, a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and various other amenities. This property is located in a historic building that was originally the headquarters of the Socialist Workers Party in the United States.

Although there are no known photos or exact details about the current state of the loft, its high selling price suggests that it is in excellent condition. As of today, the identity of the buyer remains unknown.

The properties of the famous actor

Over the past 20 years, Culkin has owned several properties, but currently resides in Toluca Lake, California, with his wife, actress Brenda Song.

This movement comes shortly after Culkin revealed that he considered purchasing the famous house in Winnetka, Chicago, where Home Alone was filmed. However, the actor explained that he ultimately did not go through with the purchase because he was too busy to undertake the project he envisioned for the property.
