And it was during his speech at the Capital One Arena in Washington, while thanking the people for supporting Donald Trump, Elon Musk pounded his chest and raised his right arm stretched upwards and to the side. He did it twice. The first time, he faced the audience from the podium, then turned around and did the same. "My heart goes out to you," he said.

The Nazi salute is a gesture that means "Hail, my leader!" and was a way in which people addressed Adolf Hitler.

He stated, "I am incredibly skeptical that this was intentional. (Also, that's not how you do a Nazi salute!) Musk wants to stay cozy in this administration and this would be an incredibly dumb and useless act of self-sabotage. I'm not convinced."
