In the afternoon hours of this Saturday, January 4th, the unfortunate passing of Carol Acosta was announced, the Dominican influencer better known as ‘Killadamente’.
Through her social media, Kate, the content creator's sister, confirmed the news. With tears in her eyes, the young woman appeared on Instagram stories to thank everyone for the countless messages she has received in the last few hours.
"To all the people who are sending me messages of condolences. I want to give a big thank you for being there, for your support. And thank you for supporting my sister as well when she was alive and for always being there," she said, distraught and with a trembling voice.
"Killadamente" would have suffocated.
Kate wasted no time in sharing a postcard with 'Killadamente' along with a heartfelt message: "I love you, sister, and I will always love you. I thank God for giving me a sister like you with your big heart. Rest in peace, my sister."
Carol Acosta's sister did not give details of what happened, but it was reported that the 27-year-old influencer would have died from a suspected cardiorespiratory arrest after choking while having dinner at a restaurant in New York.
