The police reported that there were at least 200 people working in the building when the plane crashed. The identities of the people who died and whether they were on the plane or on the ground are still unknown, said Kristy Wells, spokesperson for the Fullerton police.

Plane crashes in Fullerton
The aircraft collided when it had been in the air for only two minutes after taking off from Fullerton Municipal Airport in Orange County, located just six miles from Disneyland, according to the flight tracking website FlightAware.
Rucci Forged, the business across the street, recorded the images of the accident with its security cameras. In the clip, it can be seen that "the plane was tilted to one side when it crashed into the building, causing a fire explosion and a column of black smoke," as reported by NBC News on their website.
Wells added that, thanks to the firefighters and the police, the fire was able to be extinguished and the people in the nearby businesses were evacuated.
Chris Villalobos, an airport operations worker, went to the accident site when he was called to be informed that the plane had crashed nearby. He explained that the owner of the plane was a frequent visitor to the airport and had taken off from there regularly.
"He has a hangar here and everything," said Villalobos.
What happened to the small plane?
Villalobos explained that after taking off, the pilot informed air traffic control that he would turn around to make an emergency landing, but it was not clear what exactly the emergency with the aircraft was.
