Queen Camilla of England raised some alarms a couple of days ago after it was announced that she had a respiratory infection and would not be able to fulfill some of her royal duties. Now, the monarch’s wife has returned, recovered, to her public tasks.

Camilla, 77, resumed her public duties this Tuesday after missing the weekend events commemorating the nation's war dead as she was recovering from her infection, which was initially reported as a minor ailment.

King Charles III's wife received advice not to join other members of the royal family at a 'Festival of Remembrance' on Saturday at the Royal Albert Hall in London and at the Remembrance Sunday ceremony at the Cenotaph, a war memorial, an important event for the British royal family.
What is the current state of health of Queen Camilla?
Clearly recovered and very smiling, Camilla presided over a reception with the winners of the Booker Prize at Clarence House. Taking advantage of her reappearance and aware of the interest in her health, she herself offered an update on how she is doing: "I'm improving a lot, I'm recovering," she expressed while acknowledging that she still suffers from a lot of coughing. However, her eagerness to preside over this literary event has been much greater. "These things always take a little time, but I hope to be fully recovered soon," she concluded.
Despite returning to her public duties, Camilla will not join King Charles III at the premiere of Gladiator II or at a charity event commemorating his birthday, in order to minimize the possibility of a health setback.
The health of the Royal Family has been a recurring topic in the United Kingdom this year more than ever. Queen Camilla's issue arose just as Charles III continues his cancer treatment and as Kate Middleton is still in the stage of overcoming and recovering from the same illness.
