For years, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have distanced themselves from the British royal family, but new information would keep the Windsors on alert about the Duchess of Sussex.
The former American actress, who initially thought she was living a fairy tale story, soon began to notice the cracks in the system she had married into and, since she and her husband officially separated, Markle has not hidden that she did not feel entirely welcomed by the British monarchy, and the English press claims she keeps under lock and key the instrument that could be the destruction of the royal family.
What is the 'secret weapon' that Meghan Markle keeps and that would put the British royal family at risk?
According to reports, the Duchess of Sussex would keep a private diary in which she documented all her experiences while she was an active member of the monarchy.
“It is evident that the diary will continue to be a potential weapon in her hands if she ever feels the need to seek some kind of revenge. For the time being, she has behaved discreetly since Oprah Winfrey appeared and after the documentary series,” revealed Jennie Bond, former royal correspondent for the BBC in dialogue with The Mirror.
“Probably, she expects the Royal Family to behave in a threatening manner. In her phrases ‘I have a lot to say until I stop saying it’ and ‘I have never signed anything that prevents me from speaking,’ there was a very strong inference about this possibility. She has mentioned a couple of times in the last year or two that she kept a diary of her life in the Palace, and I think there is a very realistic possibility that, based on this document, she will write her own memoirs,” added Roya Nikkhah, royal affairs editor at the Sunday Times.
