To celebrate its 30th anniversary, a contest inspired by the show will be launched. The series, titled "Fast Friends," will consist of four parts and will be filmed at "The Friends Experience: The One" in New York, an attraction that recreates the settings of the original series, as reported by Variety.

This two-story, 17,000 square foot space includes 18 rooms filled with nostalgia, activations, and recreations of scenes.

"From running through Rachel and Monica's apartment to crossing Joey and Chandler's bachelor pad and grabbing a coffee at Central Perk, fans will relive their favorite moments while being challenged with trivia, puzzles, and games that will keep even the most die-hard Friends fans on their toes," a statement said.

It has been confirmed that production will begin in October, although there is no release date scheduled yet.
