Donald Trump and the Republicans claimed that the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris and ABC conspired against him during the electoral debate on September 10th. The former president maintains that the production gave the questions in advance to the Democrat, so she already knew how to answer the questions. However, this was denied by the executives of the TV network.

“Absolutely not...Harris did not receive any questions before the debate,” a spokesperson for ABC said in a statement to The Daily Beast, as reported by New York Post.

The spokesperson stated that no member of Kamala Harris' team was in contact with the debate moderators, David Muir and Linsey Davis.
The ABC's position emerged after Donald Trump claimed that Harris knew the questions before the debate, something that, if true, would be a breach of the debate rules. "I think she had the questions. And I think the moderators... were a disgrace to American journalism... You saw the way it was done, that was ridiculous," stated the presidential candidate to The Post.
He told Fox News that he found it strange that she was already "familiar" with the questions, and also questioned the way the moderators interrupted him and not her.
Kamala Harris and the controversy over her earrings
One of the criticisms against Kamala Harris for her participation in the debate is about her earrings, as there are versions suggesting that they were wireless Bluetooth earpieces disguised.
Those accusing the Democratic candidate of using earpieces claim that they were from the brand NOVA H1 Audio Earrings, designed by a German company.
Despite the accusations, there is no evidence to support them. The website ‘What Kamala Wore’ states that Kamala has worn the same earrings on several occasions, including public events. Furthermore, it explains that the NOVA H1 earrings are very different because they are thicker and surround the ear lobe.
