Thousands of artists gathered to perform an iconic synchronized symphony that amazed all spectators. Likewise, fireworks and choreographies led to a spectacular 'flight' by athlete Li Ning to light the Olympic flame.
London 2012
The ceremony in the British capital received several applause by including great references to its culture and history during the event. Additionally, the participation of iconic artists energized the venue, culminating in the lighting of the cauldron containing 204 petals symbolizing the participating delegations. It's hard to forget the theatrical performance of Queen Elizabeth II jumping out of a plane with James Bond.
