MrBeast posted on his official X account: "If we lower the age to run for president, I will participate in the race, causing a stir on social media and receiving over half a million interactions."
The big problem for the candidacy?
He said it. The required age to apply for that position prevents him from doing so.
According to the United States Constitution, to be a candidate for the presidency of the United States, a minimum age of 35 years is required, but currently MrBeast is 26 years old, which prevents him from officially running for office at the moment.
Likewise, the Constitution of the United States establishes that the president must: be a natural-born citizen of the United States and have lived in the United States for 14 years. MrBeast is okay in that regard, as he was born in Wichita, Kansas.
Any person who meets these requirements can run for presidency. Once a candidate raises or spends more than $5,000 for their campaign, they must register with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and authorize a committee to raise and spend campaign funds.
Why is MrBeast so famous?
MrBeast went viral in 2017 after his video "Counting to 100,000" received tens of thousands of views in just a few days, and since then he has become increasingly popular.

One of their latest actions was giving away 100 houses in various countries in Latin America, such as Mexico, Argentina, Jamaica, El Salvador, and Colombia.
