The brand will celebrate 70 years of presence in the United States, for this reason they have decided to bring back the color blue during the entire competition weekend.

Ferrari will return to the blue color it used in the 1950s.
It is worth noting that this change will only be presented in Miami and not in any other Grand Prix. In 1950, Raymond Sommer was the first driver to compete in Formula 1 with a blue Ferrari car.
Although years later, other drivers used blue in their suits, including Arturo Merzario, Clay Regazzoni, and Nikki Lauda.
Now, Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz will use the blue outfit with Ferrari. It is even expected that the sportswear brand that sponsors them, Puma, will release a special collection.
Leclerc and Sainz have already worn the color blue
Ferrari shared a video on its social media platforms, as well as several photographs, showing the drivers wearing blue clothing.
The team recounted in a statement: “It marks the 70th anniversary of the brand’s presence in North America, where the iconic ‘Rosso Corsa’, a red synonymous with Italian racing cars since the 1920s, was replaced by the white and blue hues of the United States.”
